Diwali Night is ICON’s largest event. For nine years we have filled venues with huge participation, cultural performances, humor, dance, and delicious food — the festival of lights at community scale.

Nine years of Diwali together
What began as a gathering of families has grown into one of Needham’s signature cultural evenings. Hundreds of attendees experience diya lights, stage performances, community jokes, and a feast that reflects the diversity of Indian regional cuisines.
Diwali Night is when ICON feels largest — multigenerational, joyful, and unmistakably home.
Performances, food, and belonging
Expect classical and contemporary dance, musical acts, youth showcases, and plenty of time to reconnect over dinner. Vendors and sponsors help make the evening possible; volunteers make it warm.
